We sincerely hope you enjoy your Ranng product, but we understand that sometimes changes can occur as we navigate though our daily life. Please read our newly updated policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not happy how can we be ! 

We offer 7 days no questions asked return policy. We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider). We will not ask you questions on why you are returning, but there are certain conditions on how you can return. 

Conditions of Return :

• The tags must be attached to the dresses. Apparels with removed tags cannot be returned. 
• The product must be in original condition. Worn apparels would be non returnable.
• Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, accessories, freebies and original packaging defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.
• Apparels specially customized for the customer however, cannot be returned. Ranng offers free alterations if fitting of the customized apparels is an issue. The shipping for alteration has to be borne by the customer. 
  

A refund is issued back to the original payment method in 7~10 days depending on your bank.
